Resse Raway

Resse Raway is a high-level architect of culture and industry, known in professional circles as "The Oracle." A South Philly native from 20th & Tasker—also known as the Ozone Layer—Raway has survived both the streets and prison. He has experienced the extremes of financial wealth and crushing poverty, facing situations most could only imagine, yet emerging stronger each time. As the years passed, he traveled the world and immersed himself in his craft, evolving into the mastermind he is today.

With a career defined by strategic precision and major-label impact, Raway has solidified his position as the mastermind behind the Certified Dope movement, bridging the gap between underground authenticity and mainstream dominance.

A veteran of the game with an undeniable track record, Raway's influence extends from the recording studio to the silver screen. His ability to curate sound and strategy has made him a go-to executive for artists looking to scale their vision to a global audience.

Featured on the official soundtrack for Spike Lee's She's Gotta Have It (Season 2), cementing his place as a producer with a cinematic ear and elite industry placement. His portfolio includes high-profile collaborations with hip-hop heavyweights like Jadakiss (on the track "Slide") and the legendary DJ Drama (on the anthem "Oh My").

Serving as the lead architect and Executive Producer for the first Certified Dope project, Raway is responsible for the brand's creative DNA, rollout strategy, and talent integration. Known for the "Produced by Resse Raway" seal of quality, a model built on executive mentorship and strategic artist development.
